REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Handloan.ai (a brand of Jatta M Kommerce Pvt Ltd), we are committed to transparency in our financial services. We operate as a Loan Service Provider on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are and are not provided for payments made through our Website, associated application (the "Platform"), or via the ONDC network. Please read this policy carefully before proceeding with any payment.

1. Non-Refundable Services and Charges

All fees and charges paid to Handloan.ai for our services are non-refundable. These charges are applied to cover the costs of registration, processing, credit assessment, verification, participation in the ONDC network, and other administrative services rendered, irrespective of the final outcome of your loan application. Non-refundable charges include, but are not limited to:

* Platform Fee
* eKYC Charges
* CIBIL Report Fee / Credit Assessment Fee
Any other network-related charges applicable through the ONDC platform

2. Loan Application Rejection

Submission of a loan application and payment of associated charges does not guarantee loan approval. The loan approval decision rests solely with our partner lenders and is based on their internal policies, credit assessment, and verification checks. If your loan application is rejected by a lender for any reason, including but not limited to eligibility criteria, credit score, or document verification failure, no refund of any paid charges will be issued. This policy applies uniformly to applications sourced through our direct platform or the ONDC network.

3. Refund for Technical Errors

A refund request may be considered only in the event of a technical error leading to a duplicate or excess payment being charged. This includes technical glitches on our Platform, the ONDC network, or during payment gateway processing. To be eligible, you must:

* Notify our customer support team at help@handloan.ai within 7 business days of the transaction.
* Provide necessary details and proof of the erroneous transaction for verification.

Upon successful verification, the eligible refund amount will be processed to the original source of payment within 10–15 working days.

4. Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction has occurred on your account in connection with our Platform, you must immediately notify us at help@handloan.ai . We will conduct a prompt investigation in line with our security protocols. A refund will only be initiated if our investigation conclusively proves that the transaction was fraudulent.

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding charges or refunds, our decision, based on the provisions of this policy and the evidence available, will be final and binding.

6. Policy Updates

Handloan.ai reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We advise you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
